It's.. It's perfect!
The shapes are all similar, contrast is just right and the Eye can fall on any particular gage easily.

Do not approve.
Numbers should be upright. They should also not be easily confused, that is, RPMs should be in the x1000s or x1, x10 perhaps. Here it's too confusing to determine which gauge is which at a glance.

I generally like this dash, but I'm old. I did have to look closely to figure out which big dial was which. After about 5 minutes of driving it you'd have it sorted, though.

I've always liked a simple tach and speedo with a few other key gauges, no need to get fancy or complicated, eyes should be on the road not the dashboard.
I'm quite happy with my 85 MR2's dash
